  Our outdoor playground devide into several parts.

   1. Plastic parts:    Use food grade plastic  imported LLDPE material  from south Korea and ICO material from USA., anti-UV, anti-static, anti-crack.Safety and environmetal protection for kids.Please see the picture below:

2.column:

with Ø114mm, wall thickness of 2.2mm galvanized steel (pipes are in accordance with BS1387-1985 quality standards, technical standards  are in  accordance with BS1387-1985 requirements), professional and technical personnel by throwing sand, then spray the surface of outdoor green polyester powder DuPont , high temperature curing, the surface smooth, anti-UV ability, colorful, not easy to fall out, corrosion-resistant; spraying equipment by computer-controlled electrostatic powder coating equipmentimported from Korea, with small cyclone powder recovery and import filter, high efficiency, no pollution .Please see the  detail  picture below:

        

 3.Platform:

        With a thickness of 2.6mm cold-rolled steel punch forming, punching a diameter of 30mm (in accordance with Euro EN1176 standards), welding using argon and CO2 gas shielded welding (in accordance with GB/T8810-1995 requirements), the platform carrying ability ( Euro EN1176 standards). After forming the whole process by professional and technical personnel degreasing, phosphating, throwing sand, the surface coating of polyester powder DuPont outdoor environment, high temperature curing, the surface smooth, anti-UV ability, colorful, not easy to fall out, corrosion-resistant ; spraying equipment with computer-controlled South Korean imports of electrostatic powder coating equipment.

 4.Screws:

  All screws are stainless steel 316 material (consistent with GB/T1221-1992 accuracy standards), covered with green plastic cover, good safety performance .
